2004trip - Part 4, Coober Pedy, South Australia .
The "Moonscape" appearance of the land around Coober Pedy is due to the mine shaft diggings. Our bus tour took us to the Breakaways. Mad Max Films were made in this area we felt that the tour was well worthwhile, and when you hear the history of the place it makes it so much more interesting.
